We are excited to announce a leadership transition within our company. As we look to the future, we are thrilled to announce that our current Executive Vice President, Jeff Schaper, a highly respected member of our leadership team, will be formally stepping into the role of President, effective immediately. Jeff has been an integral part of our company for 22 years and has a deep understanding of our business and our employees. Over the last year, Jeff has assumed all presidential duties successfully. We are confident that under Jeff’s leadership, QT will continue to thrive as an industry leader and that we are positioned for even greater success in the years ahead.
With this transition, our current President, Doug Lattin will be formally stepping down from his current role after many years of outstanding service to make room for the next generation of QT leadership. However, rest assured, this does not mean retirement. Instead, Doug will be assuming a new role as Executive Vice President, where he will continue to work closely with the rest of our executive team to help position the company for continued success. Doug has led this company since our inception 23 years ago, and while his role is now changing, his commitment to QT remains as strong as ever.
